This is the story of two boys, who were like any other boys until one day. Typed via iPad, please bear with me until I go home to my pc.
Prologue
It was dramatic rain, with torrents of rain, thunder and lightning. A medium-sized cyclone whipped through Sun City, bringing everything to a near standstill. People that were outside in the dramatic rain fled to the nearest shelter they could find. Some who had dragons drove their mounts madly. The rest who had no dragons ran as fast as they possibly can, not wishing to be caught in the cyclone.
A massive mansion stood firmly against the mighty cyclone, and the residents inside were watching the rain in a room. The mansion has three levels, and they were on the ground floor.
One of the residents asks, "Have you seen anything like this before, Father?"
The adult shook his head, "No, I have not seen anything like this before but Wawa may have. Will you excuse me Tanay? I have work to do. You look for Wawa, ok? He should be with Yanat in the nursery. I am heading to the Den." Then he left the room, which was the dining room.
Tanay watched the rain until a thunder boomed. He jumped and fearing for his life, he left the room.
Inside the nursery, Tanay found Yanat sleeping despit the deafening wind-swept storm. Lying close to the sleeping boy was an elderly dragon, a hybrid of Psi, Energy, and Nautilus.
From a distance, this dragon can be mistaken for an energy dragon for its blue scales. It is long-limbed and limber. A heavy, muscular physique, physically powerful it still is. That is where the similarity ends.
A quadrupedal male blue draconium dragon, with a primary body coloration of Beau blue, its underbody, lower jaw and the insides of its hind legs pale aqua, with a smooth, unbroken line of celeste opaco (opaque) separating the two. The inside of its front legs are Tickle Me Pink. The head is frilled like a Pachyrhinosaurus, and it is lean despite its large size. It is more lavender (foral) than it is lavender (web).
The neck is heavily muscled, and just behind its frilled head, it has overlapping scute-like scales that runs from its poll to its shoulder. The plates are melon-coloured.
His legs and body were the same proportions as Abandonn's.
A fin runs from its wither to its dock, commonly seen in Thermyll, and there are fins on the chestnut, just close to the barrel. The tail from base to tip is similar to Arsynyl, and ends with a true spade tail tip.
The dragon glances at Tanay, and makes a whaling sound. Tanay listens to the elderly dragon.
After a minute, he says, "Yes. I need your comfort." He walks to the dragon and leans into his chest as he sat between his forelegs. Feeling the warm comfort behind him, the boy closed his eyes and went to sleep.
The dragon looks out of the huge paned window, watching the storm. He sensed this storm was an unusual one, as Dragon City usually do not get cyclones.
Outside, the storm grew more intense than it had been five minutes ago. The trees in the mansion compound were swaying gently, then suddenly they began to snap. Barely thirty seconds later, the trees were ripped in half as if a cutter had used an axe.
These were old trees, however, and were not strong enough to withstand the strength of the tornado.
Inside the mansion, the man enters his Den. He walks to his desk, which was a three-seater sofa length away from the huge paned window. It was heavily tinted with mosaics, and he cannot see anything clearly through the window.
At his desk, he opens his diary.
That was when it happens.
The intense cyclone was blown into the man's direction, and he barely had time to even open his mouth to scream before the window scattered. The window panes were thrown at him like missiles. He was blown off his chair, and panes fell on him, injuring him.
The man was facing the window, and he quickly turned around, so that his back is facing the broken window. He glances quickly at the broken window, and sees how intense it was.
"I must bring Tanay and Yanat to safety. They are my sons." The man said, as he crawls to the door, and the door opened to let him out.
He frantically ran to the nursery, but before he could rush there, his route was blocked by the cyclone. The ceiling, walls, and floor were ripped off, taking him with it.
"WAWA! SAVE THE BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOYS!" He bellowed, just before he was sucked backwards and upwards.
In the nursery, the dragon heard the man's frantic yell and he roars loudly. It did not wake the boys, as they grew up listening to his loud roar. The dragon looks out of the window again, and he sensed great danger.
He gets up, causing the older boy to fall backwards and waking the boy up. Tanay stares at the belly, and sits up.
"What is wrong, Wawa?" Tanay asks. He stands up and looks at the window. He sees the mist and watches it.
Wawa prodded Yanat awake, and the younger boy wakes up. The dragon starts to glow an intense Indigo blue. Tanay immediately senses the gravity of the danger, and he rushes to his brother.
"Get up! GET UP! We are in grave danger." Tanay says.
The two boys were eight years old, and they were twins.
Wawa mags the two boys onto the back of his neck, and bellows. <HOLD TIGHT TO THE PLATES. WE ARE GETTING OUT OF HERE.>
The boys moved close to Wawa's poll and held on tight to the plates.
Yanat yells, "WE ARE SECURED!"
The elderly dragon heard, despite the deafening noise. He turns to the window, and sees the mist clearing, revealing a twister. He runs to the window.
CLANK!
The window scatters, filling the nursery with the rain.
Wawa runs out of the mansion, and the boys looked behind them. The boys could not believe what they see next.
Wawa had barely gone ten paces before the mansion leveled off and foundations swept away.
"That could have been us!" Yanat yells at his brother. His brother nods, and watches the destruction of their home.
Wawa rushed headlong on his path, and nothing can stop him, not even a high wall.
BOOM!
The wall scatters and Wawa leaped out of the compound. He runs into the direction of the academy.
The boys stare at each other, seeing fear in the eyes. To them, destruction of the mansion means they are homeless.
"Where is dad?" Tanay asks.
<GONE LIKE THE HOUSE> answered the dragon.
It took the boys some time for the new info to register in their minds before they started crying. Their mom died, giving birth to them. Their dad was a successful tycoon, and does not spend much time with them except at meal times. Even at meal times, he will be pre-occupied with work.
Wawa continues walking in the direction of the academy.
Here ends the prologue.
